“David came out to explore options for installing a grab bar in my shower. It is a tiled shower, and after researching he told me the best and safest option would be to install a grab bar near the shower door, cutting a hole in the sheetrock on the other side of the wall for reinforcement. He gave me an estimate – I will think about it, but at this point I feel it is too expensive. It would have been nice if the builder had taken into consideration that people would eventually need grab bars, and had put in reinforcement before tiling the area.He was very personable, explained options clearly, very friendly. I think he is an asset to Sutton Brothers.”
