“My husband scheduled an appointment with Sutton Brothers to do a small repair in the front yard of a property we are selling. My husband met the guy out at the property and he was extremely difficult to work with. My husband ended up having to dig the hole for the plumber and he continued to give him the run around, leaving the property and taking the $100 service call fee with him. We were so extremely disappointed in their customer service, knowledge and lack of understanding/help. We were willing to pay for this to be resolved the day we made the appointment. The plumber refused to repair the pipe without the City of WS turning the meter on and requested that my husband dig the hole bigger. What a joke. We will never contact this company again to help with any of our plumbing needs. Also – the cost to dig the hole was $400 and it took my husband 10 minutes to dig the hole and find the source of the problem. I had to put one star to proceed but I would not recommend this company at all.”
