They had someone out to do an estimate quickly and made accommodations for an early morning installation to get me taken care of. Chris and his crew did an outstanding job removing the leaking water heater, installing the new one, and ensuring the area was clean prior to leaving. When the city notified me that my water use was skyrocketing, Sutton Brothers got out here the next day to check things out. “My water heater after 31 years of service started to leak. Not having any experience with local plumbers I relied on recent reviews to influence my choice. Sutton Brothers had very good reviews and I called them. Chris Craig came out and determined what I needed to be within code. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Gave me an estimate that was fair and within the market. Scheduled my service at the first available day and time. The crew came out on the scheduled day and time ( when does that ever happen) and replaced the unit in short order. There were no up charges, I paid the exact amount quoted. That never happens. So far the unit is performing perfectly. Wife is loving her hot showers. Absolutely love these guys. You will not be disappointed.”

The clog took some persistence and he was able to come to a resolution, successfully unclogging the vanity sinks and ensuring the clog didn’t backup into other fixtures.
