“Consistently rescheduled for appointments for my maintenance on HVAC. Upstairs HVAC is noisy but can’t find the issue. Plumbing maintenance just got done and now after several years of having the maintenance plan I’m being charged extra to service my tankless water heater. Not very satisfied and looking for other options. The technicians are not the issue, seems to be the customer service.”

“The service team are horrible, every single time I have an appointment, they never communicate with me. 7/5/25, I was scheduled and was never notified that they canceled the appointment, I sat at home and waited on a holiday weekend and a no show. Rescheduled for 8/5/25, again, they never fail to disappoint, another no show, no communication that they would be late. I called the office and they said he would be here at 10. I have a job and have to take time off and they could care less about my time. This company has disappointed me since the very beginning.”
