After several attempts to resolve the problem, he determined that the absence of an exterior clean-out required further investigation. He recommended excavating the area to locate the root cause—thankfully, we followed his advice.
Upon digging, the team discovered that tree roots had infiltrated the drainage line and extended into the foundation of the house—an issue we never would have uncovered otherwise. On Thursday morning, Anthony, Leroy, and Paul returned to complete the repair. They efficiently excavated, removed the roots, and thoroughly checked the line all the way to the road, confirming it was clear.
