“02.18.2025. New HVAC unit installed by two courtesy experienced young men. They arrived on time as scheduled. Placed drop cloths everywhere needed. While removing old equipment out of the house they were very careful to not bump the walls, nothing on the floors and no mess. They were very careful, not causing any damage at my property, and they did not. While bringing equipment and tools in, same thing. No incidents. After they completed everything we looked at the new unit installed the attic and he went over what they did. Explained things to me and answered my questions completely. We looked at the AC unit outside as well and he pointed out what was what there as well. He also went over the smart thermostat. (I’m still figuring that out in the app though.) The heat is on, the unit works and I am satisfied. At least 5 homeowners in my area have used Sutton Brothers and the sales Rep who I met with both played a part in my decision making. I would recommend Sutton Brothers and the honest up front sales representative that I met.”
