Then we were told noon. The day before our repair appointment, I called Sutton Brothers for clarification and was told he would arrive at 8:30. I understand that arrival times can change, but someone should have alerted us about the latest change. It's a good thing I called. Also, invoices should provide a detailed breakdown of parts and labor — not just one big number. I'd like to see exactly what I'm paying for. Thank you.”
