“I called your office yesterday after 5 p.m. with an emergency plumbing issue. I have no idea if I was talking to a person or an AI generated bot, but either way, it was useless. Every time I tried to say something, the "person" talked over me. I was finally told someone from the after-hours team would contact me. It was an EMERGENCY as water was pouring from a pipe underneath my house. NO ONE contacted me. I reached out to a competitor and he came right out and fixed my issue. I will be desperate before I call Sutton Brothers again. I'm so very disappointed and frustrated on the lack of follow-through.”
