The company our builder worked with wasn’t willing to send someone until Monday (and it was 85 plus degrees in our house on Friday). He was a lifesaver! Moreover, he solved the issue that our builder’s company had basically ignored me about for months and he explained in detail what happened (the original installers had done it incorrectly – and it wasn’t the first thing they had over overlooked that left us without proper air). We would use you guys every time if our builders would let us! In addition to being highly skilled, Randy was also so incredibly nice and patient.
