“I walked by my system thermostat and saw that it was displaying emergency. I saw that the heat pump was not running but the system was. After calling the Brady Flanary number Randy D showed up and explained that I had inadvertently selected emergency which turned off the heat pump. He checked the system and got it working correctly.”
