We received a text and email with a photo of the technician 30 minutes before arrival. Cody arrived by noon, assessed the situation quickly, explained the repair well, and completed the repair efficiently. He showed me the completed repair and talked through what he had done. The pricing actually seemed cheaper than expected. Very pleased with our experience.”

Then the technician Cody came, friendly professional, explained what he was doing. Worked hard on the issue. Came back the next day with bigger equipment- issue resolved. There was no mess.

Within fifteen minutes I was on the phone with Paul who after sharing my situation advised that they could get someone out the next morning, evaluate my water heater and determine a course of action to include replacement if necessary that day. They were true to their word sending Cody out who was professional, had good manners, and efficient. He made the whole experience less stressful and did a great job!”
