“I replaced my HVAC system about a year ago and it was time to do the first complimentary safety check. Melissa called and emailed several times offering Sutton Savings Club preventative maintenance plans. Long story short, I always responded I was busy and was going to call later. Three months after I finally got a chance to stop by and go over my options. This was on a Friday right at 4:55 pm so they were literally getting ready to close. Melissa welcomed me very friendly and took the time to explain my options. Melissa was very professional and made sure I had a clear understanding of what all I was getting on my plan. I got out of there around 5:15 pm and I didn’t feel rush at all. She could have just gave up since I was not responding calls or emails. Instead, she went the extra mile, explained all of the services and even stayed after 5 to satisfy a customer. Good help is hard to find. Thank you again Melissa!”
