“We had to make an emergency call to Sutton Brothers for a repair–the air conditioner just slowly failed on Sunday. We were probably the last order on Daniel's list for the day on Monday, and without working AC during the hottest week we've had was pretty miserable. HOWEVER, Daniel immediately diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and then proceeded to do our seasonal maintenance while he was there! He loved all over our dog, and was patient and responsive with my husband's endless questions. All in all, what could have been a horror story ended up being not too bad, and Daniel made the difference.”

“Around 6 pm on a hot summer day our air conditioner stopped working. We contacted 3 different air conditioner service centers prior to calling Sutton. All three previous companies either couldn’t help us or stated they could but we received no follow up. That’s when we called Sutton. The woman who answered the phone was nice and understanding of the situation and got us in contact with Gary. Gary was able to come out that night to fix the issue. Upon his arrival he came off quite friendly and wanting to help any way he could. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and was able to make a diagnosis quickly. He fixed the issue then and there, and I had air again in less than an hour. I’m very thankful and appreciative of the suttonbros company.”
