“Matt has come to our house a couple of times now. I feel he is very through in the maintenance of our unit. If something needs repair he will tell us but he doesn't push us to purchase anything unnecessary. Seems to be a very nice guy.”

“The technician assigned to us is Daniel Smoker, He was on time and very through in his assessment of our HVAC problems.
Daniel took time to explain the problem and solution so we could understand the situation. Although he did not have the parts needed to complete the work, he was able to provide us with AC until he will be able to return to complete the job.

In a day of scams and rampant fraud I was pleasantly surprised with Jamies countenance from the moment I answered the knock on
my door. I should add that I have a habit of noting if an appointment is kept ON TIME! To me this is telling. Sutton Brothers you would
be proud.
I hesitate awarding Five Stars to anyone but if I would, surely Jamie would qualify.
I will not extend this further except to say at present we have some electrical issues that I think needs your attention.
