“I have been trying to resolve a damage to my ceiling during a duct cleaning since April 2025. Several inspections have resulted in promising to repair and again was promised November 24, by Mark Nichols that someone from Sutton Bros. Would call to schedule the repair. I never received a call. On Monday I called and asked to speak with Mark and was told he was not going until noon and would call me. Never received call. I have repaired the ceiling myself and ask for $60 for supplies ( paint, caulking, etc.)”
