“Had my HVAC maintenance done today. The tech Jonathan came out to perform the maintenance on my HVAC. He told me I needed to change the capacitor for which he charged me $140. The only reason I gave 3/5 stars is I asked him to give me the old capacitor to keep since he replaced with an aftermarket part and he said he threw into the back of the truck and he cannot find it. I went to the back of his truck and it didn’t seem like he just throws used items in the back of his truck because the stuff in his truck seemed to be arranged and in boxes.”

He made recommendations for a different brand that worked well for homes with dogs and ordered it.
