“Gary went above and beyond to answer all my questions so that I could make a decision on the type of replacement HVAC equipment to purchase. He even called me while he was on vacation! Spencer and Eddie were the installation team. They were prompt and went to work immediately despite the rain (which was very heavy at times throughout the day). They also had to deal with a loss of power in my neighborhood for 2 to 3 hours. The install was completed and everything cleaned up before the end of the day. I am now enjoying a comfortable, new HVAC system thanks to the competent installation team!”
