“I'm happy with the service I received today. Chase Monroe was on time in our time frame window.. He was very polite and explained to me what was wrong and what he would be replacing.. Our capacitor needed to be replaced and that fixed the problem. He also replaced our air filter and cleaned our drain line and checked the freon. We give Chase 5 stars”

“Hunter came out to check the system for issues we were having. Although he couldn't pinpoint the problem he checked everything throughly and told what to do if the problem presented again. While he was here he did summer maintenance on the system. He found a small valve core leak outside and replaced it. He added freon. We were very pleased.”

The installation team, led by Jamie Woods and assisted by Alex and Alberto, carefully removed the old system's components and skillfully installed the new system during the hottest day of the year so far. Upon completion they explained the system's features, use of the smart thermostat, and left the crawl space free of debris. They are a credit to SB and deserving of recognition.”
