“Due to a Sewer Line blockage outside of the house, which created a drainage back-up in our home we called Sutton Brothers Plumbing for after hours service. Plumbing Service Technician Jeremiah Sumner was dispatched and arrived a little over an hour later. After doing a preliminary evaluation of the situation Jeremiah provided us with 3 options for service, explaing each one in detail along with what the cost for each option would be.. One option, would provide us with a more immediate remedy and 2 others that would not be available to us until the following day. As we needed the more immediate remedy, that is the one we chose. Jeremiah was very knowledgable, competant, and conscientious. He was very thourough and took care to protect the area in which he was working.
Jeremiah was able to clear the Sewer Line blockage, allowing us to have full use of all bathrooms and sinks in our home.
