“Quick shout out to Antonio. Our toilet was not flushing and was getting clogged. He came out, removed the toilet, snaked the drain, and pulled out a rag. Put the toilet back on, but the toilet was still clogging. He spent 20 minutes trying to see if the toilet was the issue but recognized that it wasn’t. Rather than giving up and telling us to get a new toilet (which wouldn’t have solved anything), he removed the toilet again, snaked the drain, and this time pulled out an entire trash bag that had fallen down the drain when we were having a remodel done. When he put the toilet back on, everything worked beautifully. Major thanks to Antonio who was diligent, kind, and hard-working enough to not give up, but to keep working on the problem until he found a solution.”
