“I absolutely “LOVE” your company! I have had nothing but very good experiences with your techs. From the replumbing of my mother’s house to the brown water coming from every faucet & toilet in her home. I just knew I would have a large bill if anything needed to be repaired. It just so happened that the City of Greensboro Water & Sewer division was 2 houses up from my mother’s. I flagged him down to see if they were working on a water line or something. They were in fact cleaning out the water line that the Fire Dept used which left several houses with brown water. We were told to let the water run for about 3 minutes & that would clear up everything. While I was waiting on a bill from Sutton Brothers one of the techs advised me that they would waive any charges because they did not have to do anything. I think that is very commendable of them & your company. Note: Also very professional.”
