“Outstanding customer service. Had tried to get the repairs done by a competitor at first that my parents wanted, and was not satisfied with their lack of desire to assist with our issue. I had used Sutton Brothers once before and told my parents that’s who I would call. We called and were able to schedule an appointment in one day. Randy Draughn responded and had the heat back on in a little over an hour.
The cost was less than the competitors and Randy went out of the way to find the parts needed and go pick them up. My parents were very happy with the service they received and I was once again impressed by the service received by Sutton Brothers.”
