“During routine fall maintenance, Technician Mark Young discovered our Ion Filter (air purifier) was no longer working. The unit was end of life and needed replacing. He made recommendations for a different brand that worked well for homes with dogs and ordered it. On the return day, he was here on time, installed the new unit quickly and was a pleasure to have visit our home. We look forward to Mr. Young visiting for our spring and fall maintenance because we are sure he is protecting our investment in home heating and cooling.”
