“My HVAC cooling system went on the blink-no cooling at all for a month! With the high humidity and pollen count in NC lately, I 've been suffering with breathing problems and fatigue (as seniors we can't take the heat like younger people). I've been hesitating to call for AC repair because of unexpected medical bills and worry about the cost. Today I finally called Sutton Bros. and Gary came out right away. I knew instantly that he was honest and was not going to pump up my bill. He explained what was wrong (and showed me) and replaced the capacitor. He checked to see if the part was still under warranty (Sutton Bros. installed the HVAC Unit), and it was so that's a plus! The air is nice and cool, and my breathing is better-now I can finish the house cleaning I started a month ago! My bill was reasonable and fair, and I purchased an essential plan which Gary explained would cancel my dispatch fee for today's visit. So, for me it was worth it (about $100 more than the bill would have been with the dispatch fee) to purchase a plan that includes maintenance of my HVAC system for a year. Gary told me that they will send me reminders which is good for older people like me with some memory compromise. It was a pleasure dealing with Gary B and I hope he comes back for maintenance or any issues I may have in the future!”
