“I, unfortunately, needed two new systems – much of the equipment (Carrier brand) was original to my 34 yr old house. I checked out the Duke Energy site to see what credits/rebates might be available and saw that they had some recommendations on HVAC companies, of which Sutton Bros was one. I solicited quotes from at least 4 companies. Gary Bennett from Sutton Bros was able to come out within a day or two of my request. What I appreciated was the quick, thorough, quote he provided that focused on what was needed and not so much all the items all the other companies are trying to up-sale you on. That and the fact that he was quoting Carrier equipment at what I thought was good value for the $$$. The demo and install was scheduled and performed the next week. The install crew (Spencer/Eddie/Ayden) did a great job. Those guys are a credit to the company. Very professional, on time, constantly working to deliver what appears to be a quality install. They were also very tolerant and informative with their responses to all my questions ;). It’s been a great experience so far, working with Sutton Bros – everyone (to include Lisa Jackson in the office helping to coordinate rebates) I have dealt with has been very helpful and professional.”
