Ultimately, it was decided that a complete hvac replacement was going to be the best route. Guy Thacker came out to give us a quote, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was knowledgeable, easy going and quick to offer honest guidance without trying to upsell us on anything. As expensive as replacement is, we had a lot of confidence saying yes and moving forward based off of our interactions with both of these gentleman.”
