The company our builder worked with wasn’t willing to send someone until Monday (and it was 85 plus degrees in our house on Friday). He was a lifesaver! Moreover, he solved the issue that our builder’s company had basically ignored me about for months and he explained in detail what happened (the original installers had done it incorrectly – and it wasn’t the first thing they had over overlooked that left us without proper air).
