Although none of this relates to Hunter, I must comment on the fact the part took two weeks to arrive, during which our area experienced unprecedented and dangerous-to-life cold weather, so I had to purchase a space heater while waiting and move it to whichever room I needed to be in. The bad part on my heat pump got progressively worse and worse during the wait, and finally stopped trying at all, leading to days of shivering. Freezing water pipes were a concern since I didn't have a space heater for each bathroom, kitchen, etc. so had to leave all faucets dripping for most of the 2 weeks. The weather is not your fault, obviously, but perhaps other faster part suppliers could be explored? Thanks.”

I watched him and it was a struggle to get my water on but he didn’t stop until he did. He’s wonderful and I fully recommend Anthony and Sutton Btos for all your plumbing needs. They don’t stop until your problem is fixed and you are satisfied.”
