“I have an annual maintenance agreement with Sutton Brothers to check out and maintain my plumbing in my relatively new home. Preston Alston performed this service on May 22, 2026. I found that service to be fully satisfactory and that Mr. Alston was knowledgeable, efficient and effective in performing this service. He was able to explain what he was doing and provided useful tips on things I can do to maintain certain items, e.g. toilet gaskets. While he was here he replaced the main water pressure valve because the original valve was beginning to degrade and the house water pressure was too high. At any rate I am satisfied with the service provided.”
