“Brendan was great. Before opening our walls up, which I was thinking was gonna be the solution, Brendan tried messing with the water pressure in our house to see if that was the cause of the water hammering kind of sound that only happened when water was turned on. We think, after a few days, and from testing on site with Brendan, that it must have been the case. Our PRV was on the fritz and not regulating the pressure as expected. After a replacement by Brendan on the spot, despite not having all the tools he usually had because his regular vehicle was in the shop, he was able to get it done in a timely and affordable manner. Would highly recommend. He is also a pleasure to talk to!”
