It was definitely first class service from the initial quoting process to the OUTSTANDING customer service and EXCEPTIONAL installation process provided by Rickardo Evans. Rickardo and his team were on time and very detailed oriented with system installation and walking me through the completed first rate system and associated functionality. Rickardo's professionalism and superior technical knowledge of the system was beyond first class. I would highly recommend Sutton Brothers for your HVAC needs and if your lucky hopefully you can get Rickardo as your install supervisor along with his team. I had a positive experience with my service technician, Anthony Kusztyb.He conducted a backflow test on my irrigation system to ensure its certification.The process went smoothly, and he resolved the price discrepancy to match the initial quote provided over the phone.While I cannot comment on their other services, I highly recommend them if you need your backflow tested and certified.

The kitchen drain pipe had been leaking. The faucets in the shower and kitchen were dripping. Anthony Kusztyb with Sutton Brothers was quick and efficient at making the repairs. Everything is working perfectly now. We're pleased. I wish Anthony could have told us why two Delta faucets that are only two years old were dripping. It seems like they should have lasted longer. I want to say that Sutton Brothers Heating and Cooling of Kernersville, North Carolina, has provided excellent service since they took over the maintenance and service of our heat pump unit.They were out to do our regular six-month maintenance on April 5th and saw an issue with the motor area needing cleaning for Best Performance. They were very prompt and came back on the 12th to accomplish this. Daniel Castiglioue was very professional, courteous, and friendly each time. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, including pictures to verify everything and was efficient in all that he did. I recommend that anybody in the Winston-Salem - Kernersville area looking for a dependable and courteous Heat And Air company please consider Sutton Brothers.
