I want to say that Sutton Brothers Heating and Cooling of Kernersville, North Carolina, has provided excellent service since they took over the maintenance and service of our heat pump unit.They were out to do our regular six-month maintenance on April 5th and saw an issue with the motor area needing cleaning for Best Performance. They were very prompt and came back on the 12th to accomplish this. Daniel Castiglioue was very professional, courteous, and friendly each time. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, including pictures to verify everything and was efficient in all that he did. I recommend that anybody in the Winston-Salem - Kernersville area looking for a dependable and courteous Heat And Air company please consider Sutton Brothers.

Sutton Brothers recently performed service at our home, which included running new Romex, Light Switches, and Boxes installed in the Ceiling for mounting Ceiling Fans in two different rooms. Service Technician/Electrician Michael Vincent was fantastic. he arrived on-time, was courteous, conscientious, and very knowledgeable. When finished, Michael ensured that both work areas were picked up and cleaned. He ensured that everything worked as intended. Their pricing was very fair for the work to be done, they were prompt in taking on the Job and their Service Technician Michael Vincent was top notch! I would highly recommend Sutton Brothers for any Electrical work and would use them for any future work we may need at our home. Great Service!

Sutton Brothers installed my heat pump water heater on Feb 29th, and it's been operating like charm! They were happy to either supply me with the heat pump water heater or install the Rheem one i bought from Home Depot. They did an excellent job. It took a few hours like they said it would. They took out the old natural gas water heater, capped the natural gas line, removed the old piping, installed new piping and insulation, installed the new water heater, had their electricians wire it to my electrical panel, and they hauled away the old stuff. In the end, they helped me check that all my water faucets had good pressure on hot and cold. All but the kitchen sink did. They, in fact, did not leave me high and dry. They opened up the sink faucet and removed the sediment build-up that came from the old water heater. And my kitchen faucet worked fine all again. Always excellent service and price from Sutton Brothers. I also got the Duke Energy Rebate and Federal Tax Credit for this heat pump water heater. Since I bought the water heater myself, i had to apply to Duke Energy rebate. It was easy. This smart hybrid heat pump water heater has been awesome. Hot water and low energy usage. Its been keeping my garage cooler on a warm day! Average energy usage per day was 2.75 kwh of energy in March. My installers were Mike K and Kris W! They did a great job! Would highly recommend. This wasn't my first time receiving service from Sutton Brothers. They did a great HVAC install and pressure relief valve install for me, too!

Had some issues with the AC not starting and made an online appt on Sunday and the technicians came out the next day. Quoted a fair price and AC is is up and running like new. The technicians were also very friendly and answered all my questions as they were working. Highly recommend Sutton!!!!!

Chris Craig has come out to my house three times already for plumbing. The first time Chris came out was to replace a broken pipe to my Master bath shower head. Chris was clean and neat during the whole process. He also taught me a few things that I didn't realize as he was working. So I requested him again when I needed more plumbing work done due to having our master bathroom vanity replaced. Again Chris did an awesome job being clean and neat the whole time. He's friendly and easy to talk to. He's very knowledgable and respectful. We are new to Sutton Brothers but I would definitely recommend their service.

We've used Sutton Brothers for both electrical work and plumbing work and are thrilled with the quality of the work that they've done. They installed an at-home electric car charger and provided a great estimate, did the work quickly and even informed us about a rebate program. A few weeks after, they came out to evaluate a potential plumbing leak. They did a thorough job looking for the leak and provided a great plan to fix it. Their work is quality, the technicians provided great background on all the reasons why an item needed to be done and we are so appreciative of it!
