“I absolutely “LOVE” your company! I have had nothing but very good experiences with your techs. From the replumbing of my mother’s house to the brown water coming from every faucet & toilet in her home. I just knew I would have a large bill if anything needed to be repaired. It just so happened that the City of Greensboro Water & Sewer division was 2 houses up from my mother’s. I flagged him down to see if they were working on a water line or something. They were in fact cleaning out the water line that the Fire Dept used which left several houses with brown water. We were told to let the water run for about 3 minutes & that would clear up everything. While I was waiting on a bill from Sutton Brothers one of the techs advised me that they would waive any charges because they did not have to do anything. I think that is very commendable of them & your company. Note: Also very professional.”

Cody our specialist who came out and walked Me through the entire process was incredibly personable I got a list of everything that was going to happen. He even gave me different options for different components . And trust me I had seven different companies come out and give me quotes and he by far made me feel the most comfortable and then I could trust him and the company. I was not disappointed and any step in the Process. The gentleman that came out to replace our furnace and air conditioner in all of our ductwork were amazing . they let me know when they were going to lunch. They checked in with me every night to let me know the progress.They did a very good job, they were clean and I mean immaculate work. when they relocated my air conditioning system they even made sure it outlets for Christmas lights talk about thinking of the small stuff for your customers. If you want affordable amazing customer service and American made components go with them you will not regret it.”
“Quick shout out to Antonio. Our toilet was not flushing and was getting clogged. He came out, removed the toilet, snaked the drain, and pulled out a rag. Put the toilet back on, but the toilet was still clogging. He spent 20 minutes trying to see if the toilet was the issue but recognized that it wasn’t. Rather than giving up and telling us to get a new toilet (which wouldn’t have solved anything), he removed the toilet again, snaked the drain, and this time pulled out an entire trash bag that had fallen down the drain when we were having a remodel done. When he put the toilet back on, everything worked beautifully. Major thanks to Antonio who was diligent, kind, and hard-working enough to not give up, but to keep working on the problem until he found a solution.”
