The technician Cody was here for only 2 mins took a picture of the sink and left. But documented he was here 1 hour an a half which he wasn't and I have cameras to prove it. Now, I'm receiving emails that the job is complete and resolve and nothing was done. He took a picture of my sink saying he has to order a replacement and it could take days for approval.”

“It's Saturday, and our furnace wasn't heating. I called the office, and they said the technician would let me know when he could come by. That's exactly what happened. Daniel texted about an hour before he was due, and showed up a half-hour later. He was pleasant, friendly, professional. He checked out the furnace, fixed it till they could replace the control board, and explained it clearly to me. Except for the fact that we had no heat, it was a positive experience. They'll order the required part and let me know when they can install it and undo the temporary fix.
I have never had a bad or even less-than-excellent experience with Sutton Brothers in the five years I've used them.”
