They used drop cloths throughout the house including our steps. They were knowledgeable, neat, friendly and informative. They were the best service install crew we have ever had. My water heater is on the second floor and this will provide a level of flood protection should the water heater leak. Lee did a great job with both items and I am pleased with the results.”
