“During a recent scheduled maintenance of our tankless water heater, we asked our technician, Mr. Chris Craig, about a wet spot in our yard that we suspected was a leaking underground pipe from our well. He confirmed that it was. We had that pipe repaired once before due to tree roots. Chris explained what was happening and what would happen in the future. He was knowledgeable and explained things that made sense to us. Bottom line, it would happen again. He gave us a plan and an estimate to run the pipe from the well, around the problem area, and have it inspected. Chris Craig felt like a home engineering partner, trying to find a lasting solution for my wife and I.
