“Had a problem with water not draining and very slow which ended up being where i could not use water. Called service and Jake arrived first thing in the morning. He went over a few things he wanted to check. Gave him the go ahead. One was inserting a camera into the main sewer line to the septic to see if a blockage or not. The camera went up to approximately where the septic tank is located and could not go any further. Jake's suggestion at this point was to call a septic company and have them check to see if there was a septic tank issue. If that was not the problem Jake would come back on that same day. I called my septic guy and they came the next morning. Good call on Jake's part. The main sewer pipe was actually bent on an angle and blocked at an elbow so nothing could pass through the line which caused the blockage. Extremely pleased with the service from Sutton Bros. And I do use them for all their services. Every technician I've had is spot on. Always courteous and professional in every way.”

“Hunter quickly diagnosed the problem, located in minutes and had office order an OEM part for my older heat pump, with 2-3 week arrival estimated. When it finally came, I was scheduled for install on the next business day, which unfortunately meant a wait of 2 more days of a cold weekend after my already long wait. The install time got delayed that day to a much later time, meaning that Hunter came after 5pm and a busy day to help me, probably overtime. He quickly installed the part, which fit perfectly, set thermostat and tested it before he left. I am very grateful for his good attitude and expertise.
[Feel free to edit out the following comments that do not relate to Hunter. .] Overall experience with the company has been good: responsible and ethical. Although none of this relates to Hunter, I must comment on the fact the part took two weeks to arrive, during which our area experienced unprecedented and dangerous-to-life cold weather, so I had to purchase a space heater while waiting and move it to whichever room I needed to be in. The bad part on my heat pump got progressively worse and worse during the wait, and finally stopped trying at all, leading to days of shivering. Freezing water pipes were a concern since I didn't have a space heater for each bathroom, kitchen, etc. so had to leave all faucets dripping for most of the 2 weeks. The weather is not your fault, obviously, but perhaps other faster part suppliers could be explored? Thanks.”
