“My second experience with Sutton Bros. was as remarkable as the previous one from making appointments to the final installation of a new HVAC system . First : Sutton sent one of their staff who discussed my options repair or new equipment (Ian Brown). No pressure just options . We decided on a replacement than another expensive repair. Within a week we had an appointment for the installation ( during the wait we endured living with a "fickle" unit). Spencer Dowdle and others came to our house 5 minutes before they were expected and stayed without breaks until 4:30 or later. He was so efficient , patient with our interruptions, knowledgeable, and personable. He even took quite awhile to explain the new thermostat to technologically different people (us). I immediately noticed the difference in the units…the house smells cleaner, the temperature is consistent throughout the house, and there is no noise when operating. He even installed a zippered cover over our attic stairwell ( better insulation and no loose insulation falling out?). I was and am very satisfied with Sutton Bros. and their people and plan to "stay" their customers forever.”
