“Our house had been without heat for almost two weeks in the middle of January. After troubleshooting what we could and tired of using space heaters, we decided it was time to call a professional. Sutton Brothers from start to finish was fantastic! From initial scheduling, Shelly made us a next day appointment and worked with our timeframe. From the first appointment, Hunter was very thorough and explained the gas furnace's issues with us, showed us the problem(s) and recommended replacement. We decided to get an estimate and was hoping it could be done quickly. Ian came out same day and gave us the proposal with several options for payment. Theresa scheduled our replacement installation for two days later. With bad weather approaching the upcoming weekend, they shuffled some things around to make it work. Amazing! The installation team (only name I remember was Tito, but there were several others) was nothing short of amazing. They took their time to do things right and didn't take short cuts to make their job easier. They worked for 10 hours and when they left, they cleaned everything up and took away all the old equipment. I recommend this company 100%.
