“I called for a replacement of a water heater and some additional piping of gas lines. Chris Craig came to the house and listened to all my requirements. He walked the area, spoke at length of the process and gave the estimate. Although he spoke in detail, he made it easy to understand. He did not try to oversell me which was a nice change from people giving estimates. He asked me when was good to do the work according to my schedule which again was a nice change. Very satisfied with what transpired!”
