Sutton Brothers had very good reviews and I called them. Chris Craig came out and determined what I needed to be within code. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Gave me an estimate that was fair and within the market. Scheduled my service at the first available day and time. The crew came out on the scheduled day and time ( when does that ever happen) and replaced the unit in short order. There were no up charges, I paid the exact amount quoted. That never happens. So far the unit is performing perfectly. Wife is loving her hot showers. Absolutely love these guys. You will not be disappointed.”
