“The guys were there for the maintenance checkup $79 special. When he arrived I asked if i could watch what they do for the inspection, the lead guy was not receptive to this request and said we take pictures and said I could just hang out. When it was all said and done I think he came up with close to $2000 worth of repair/ modifications and then he showed me pictures on his phone which did not satisfy me to concur with his recommendations. I am a technical guy and needed to see this information live. Further the system is 6 years old that you all installed and now you've come up with this many costly discrepancies? I've owned new homes for 10 and 20 years and never had an issue with the heating and A/C. Guess I was just lucky on those other two homes.”
