“Hunter Yates did a great job diagnosing and repairing a leak in our air conditioner's refrigerant line. He also made adjustments to the system and added an attic tent cover. He is knowledgeable and professional, and we are pleased with his work. Sutton Brothers is lucky to have him. However, we were confused about when he would arrive. At first we were told 10:30. Then we were told noon. The day before our repair appointment, I called Sutton Brothers for clarification and was told he would arrive at 8:30. I understand that arrival times can change, but someone should have alerted us about the latest change. It's a good thing I called. Also, invoices should provide a detailed breakdown of parts and labor — not just one big number. I'd like to see exactly what I'm paying for. Thank you.”
