“My unit was installed in 2023. It did not work properly for the first year. (Caused very high electrical bills as the one unit was trying to heat the entire house and the house remained cold) Sutton came out to find the problem. That technician said that something wasn’t installed correctly and that something else needed to be done in the spring and that they would come out. They didn’t. Now it is not working again and the compressor is out and I have to pay for it in addition to something else that this technician says needs to doing to keep the other compressor from burning out. I am very disappointed and don’t think I should have to pay for a bad part for a unit that has very few hours on it.”
