“The guys were there for the maintenance checkup $79 special. When he arrived I asked if i could watch what they do for the inspection, the lead guy was not receptive to this request and said we take pictures and said I could just hang out. When it was all said and done I think he came up with close to $2000 worth of repair/ modifications and then he showed me pictures on his phone which did not satisfy me to concur with his recommendations. I am a technical guy and needed to see this information live. Further the system is 6 years old that you all installed and now you've come up with this many costly discrepancies?
