During their check up they included me in their walk-through, highlighted a few items that had wear and tear that could become problematic in the near future, and suggested some possible upgrades. I decided to replace toilet flappers and add a whole house carbon filter system. Jake and Preston returned to complete the repairs and install the carbon filter system.
