“Want to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from Jake, Bradley, and Preston. Jake and Bradley were at my residence to perform a plumbing maintenance check up. During their check up they included me in their walk-through, highlighted a few items that had wear and tear that could become problematic in the near future, and suggested some possible upgrades. I decided to replace toilet flappers and add a whole house carbon filter system. Jake and Preston returned to complete the repairs and install the carbon filter system. Everyone was extremely nice, very tidy, respectful of both my time and the areas were the wirk was completed in the house, and the repairs and installation were completed correctly. The technicians are thorough and I am always offered options (to replace or to restore) that I can decide on based on my budget/preference. Yesterday and today, I had my bi-annual maintenance visits in all 3 areas. Bradley for plumbing was outstanding and thoroughly explained all my options. It really helps that I get a discount on services with my yearly membership. Daniel C. handled both my heating and cooling check up and found everything in good order, which I expected as Sutton Brothers replaced my 20+ year old heating and cooling system. They did a great job at short notice during a hot summer and got me a good price. I cannot forget to mention Melissa, the membership coordinator. She puts up with my constantly changing schedule when I am trying to schedule my bi-annual maintenance appointments and there is always a smile in her voice. I cannot recommend all of them enough.
