Called the local number and Theresa, I think, was wonderful in locating a service person who happened to be Daniel. He was here in less than originally indicated. I had taken the thermostat cover off which stopped the furnace from running. Daniel put it back on and it worked. He could have sold me another one for $455 but the honorable person he is suggested that if happens again take the cover off and allow it to reset and if that doesn't work then I may need a new one.
