Our A/C was working perfectly fine until Sutton Brothers came to service it. After providing the initial maintenance, my husband noticed that the A/C was not working. He called and notified them and at first, they attempted to come out 24 hours later to fix it. Thankfully, he was able to convince them to come back the same day and the gentleman who came advised him that the initial person who did the maintenance did improper work and messed up the motor. Another motor was ordered and provided at no charge and was installed 3 days later. Once again, my A/C is no longer working. When I called to discuss it, they called my husband and said the soonest they could fix it was 24 hours later – from 6-7pm. After this next encounter, I hope to never work with them again. Clearly, the work is unreliable and their priorities seem to be out of order. Hopefully, they do better for others in the future.”
