“Daniel showed up to my home on time. I explained to him what I had tried to do in a effort to isolate the issue and the results of my efforts. He went to the heat pump unit and within 10 minutes had found the problem. A few minutes more to get the part from his van and I was back up and running. He explained the different service contracts available and I signed up for one. I wish there was more to say but he was so efficient in getting my trouble resolved. To be honest I was very concerned to discover online that Brady had been sold. I was going to get my trouble fixed and start looking for another company for my service contract. But after talking with Daniel I changed my mind. Thank you so much.”
