“Twice my family and I have been in an heating/AC situation. Twice Ian and Sutton have bailed us out. Ian came in and quickly identified the problems. I’m not sure there is anyone in the business that knows more than Ian. Because of busy season, an installation could not be dispatched immediately so Ian loaned my family a portable unit until our unit could be installed. Rickardo and his partner Aaron swiftly and accurately installed our unit. They were respectful, courteous, and neat. This is the second time Rickardo has done an installation for us, the man is a savant. Costs were affordable imo and definitely worth it. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time and money, just call Suttonbros”
