“My service technician Jaime actually came earlier than my appointment window and was very professional and courteous. He wasn’t able to resolve my plumbing obstruction but gave it his best and recommendation to call the city. Discovered today that the obstruction WAS down at the city clean-out area so they will do repair.
***My only issue with my experience is that Jaime said he’d email my receipt, along with his findings, and I’ve not received them yet.
Overall, I was impressed by the ease of making appointment, the technicians punctuality and professionalism and knowledge. I will use your company again should the need arise.”
