The AC went out today . We contacted Sutton Brothers as we have them as our AC provider and a maintenance contract with. They sent someone out in a very timely manner. The service rep, Daniel Smoker, came out to check the unit out to determine what the issue was. Daniel was very courteous and determined what the issue was and provided details to our family member the as to what had happened. Daniel corrected the issue and explained what was needed to prevent this happening.in the further . He took the time to contact us directly to let us know what had happened and how he had got the system back to operating properly. Daniel arranged to have the the details and estimate of what caused the issue and how ton prevent this from happening in the future ..
Our family member said he was very courteous every time he came into the home and took the time and care to not track anything into the home. We ourselves appreciated the call that he made and appreciate him taking the time to explain everything to us in detail and assure us that it was properly taken care of so our family member would have AC working again.
We also appreciate his arranging to have the details of how we can prevent this happing again, emailed to us.
We highly recommend Sutton Brothers and specifically their Service Representative and maintenance service program to anyone looking for a HEATING and AIR COMPANY THAT IS TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE AND HONORS theIr maintenance service contracts.”
