“It's Saturday, and our furnace wasn't heating. I called the office, and they said the technician would let me know when he could come by. That's exactly what happened. Daniel texted about an hour before he was due, and showed up a half-hour later. He was pleasant, friendly, professional. He checked out the furnace, fixed it till they could replace the control board, and explained it clearly to me. Except for the fact that we had no heat, it was a positive experience. They'll order the required part and let me know when they can install it and undo the temporary fix.
