Technician Kody and assistant Kemper were soft-spoken, but answered any questions I had about the process and my vent in particular. Careful working in the area and cleaned up thoroughly. Showed me before and after pics inside the vent at conclusion.
The only reservation I had was the credit card payment process. They did not have a card reader that could automatically record the necessary information, so I had to read the credit card number, expiration date, and security code — which I try to avoid for obvious security reasons. In my experience, this is the one area in which Sutton Brothers could make an important improvement.”
