“I had outlets go out in two of my bedrooms so I called out this company. They scheduled me same week 8:30-9:30 window. Two technicians came out around 8:20am. I showed them to the rooms affected and told them the outlets stopped working. They had no further questions for me so I got out the way and let them work. While one technician tested the plugs with a diagnostic plug tester the other technician checked the electrical panel. My biggest complaint is the technicians overall lack of communication. I overheard them say to someone over the phone and to each other they thought it was probably a loose neutral wire somewhere. The technicians proceeded to open up one plug in an affected room. Then they started just randomly wandering all through out the house checking outlets again not communicating. They started opening up closed doors without even knocking or anything one room was my daughters who happened to be sleeping it also continued my chocolate lab who is protective and known to bite and was put up in a room for a reason. After checking 1-2 outlets in my living room, dining room and breakfast nook and bathroom they stated they needed to check my daughters room I was pretty annoyed by this point and asked to be rescheduled for a day and time my child would be up or at school. I was charged a $60 service fee and they left. I don’t think I’ll be calling them back at least I have any idea what’s going on with my outlets and the tool I need to check my remaining outlets is only $7 at Home Depot.”
