“I would have given you a 5, but as a 89 year old widow on Social Security, getting a $200.00 bill for an accident made by my gardener is a shock to say the least! I don’t feel right having him pay this since he has been our gardener for 20 years! This was a very traumatic experience for my twin sister and me! We were rushed outside into the freezing backyard! My sister has COPD and she didn’t have a blanket or anything on her feet! I have to use a cane, and trying to lift an upturned patio chair to sit on, was very scary! I just think $200.00 was too much to charge for the work that was done!”
